This Talent Acquisition Partner role combines full-cycle recruiting with strategic workforce support for QXO’s United States and Canadian operations. You will shape hiring strategies with business leaders, apply modern recruiting technologies, and develop sustainable pipelines in competitive markets. You will also improve workflows and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Develop forward-looking sourcing and talent mapping strategies
Shape hiring plans with managers and business leaders
Embed inclusive practices throughout recruiting processes
Improve recruiting tools, workflows, and process efficiency




Analyze pipeline health, time-to-fill, and diversity representation
Requirements: Five or more years of progressive recruiting experience
Proven success building diverse talent pipelines
Strong business acumen and senior stakeholder influence
Data-driven recruiting and up-to-date technology expertise
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
