Worley seeks experienced journeypersons or trades professionals for its Materials Management team. This role supports material readiness, workface delivery, and construction priorities while remaining connected to execution. You will handle materials, identify issues, interface with supervision, and mentor junior Material Handlers.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate complex material handling activities on active construction sites
Prioritize materials according to construction sequencing requirements
Mentor junior Material Handlers in field execution practices
Identify shorts, damage,



and scope misalignment
Move materials efficiently to the workface
Requirements: Journeyperson certification or equivalent trades experience
Industrial construction experience with solid materials exposure
Understanding of construction workflows and material usage
Ability to work in field-based execution environments
Local candidates preferred; Regina-to-site bussing provided
Bring trade experience, material coordination, and construction workflow knowledge to Worley’s active industrial project sites.
