You will gather information, maintain claim files, coordinate follow-ups, and provide empathetic customer service. Key Responsibilities: Review incoming claim notifications and establish new claim files
Contact claimants by phone and email for information
Maintain organized electronic files, reports, invoices, and notes




Follow up on outstanding documentation with relevant parties
Refer technical matters to Case Managers or Team Leads
Requirements: Zero to three years of relevant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused, empathetic approach with injured individuals
Organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning technology
Bring communication, empathy, organization, and judgment to coordinate Care-First claims for Millennium Insurance’s injured claimants.
