Located in Sainte-Adèle, this Tidan Hospitality Group hotel operates under the Tribute Portfolio Marriott brand. Reporting to the Controller, you will coordinate a three-employee accounting team while handling payables, group billing, receivables follow-up, payroll approval, bank reconciliations, and financial projects. Hospitality and food and beverage experience is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Support and coordinate the accounting team’s daily work
Participate in accounts payable processing activities
Prepare group invoices and follow up receivables
Review, verify, and approve payroll




Assist with bank reconciliations and financial projects
Requirements: Accounting diploma or degree with equivalent experience accepted
Five years of relevant experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Excel, POS systems, and accounting software
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Responsible, versatile, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach
Use hospitality accounting, payroll, billing, and team coordination skills to support Mont Gabriel’s financial operations in Sainte-Adèle.
