As an Intermediate Recruiter at Jardeg, you will support Graham and affiliated workforce partners across Corporate, Industrial, Infrastructure, Buildings, and Water. You will lead process-driven recruitment, engage passive candidates, and build pipelines for recurring, high-volume, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles. The position partners with HR Advisory, hiring managers, and business leaders while supporting roles from Project Coordinators through Project Directors and executive positions.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit staff and skilled talent across national business areas
Develop targeted sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Indeed, and outreach




Build pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
Partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders
Share talent intelligence and recruitment best practices
Requirements: Minimum five years recruiting construction staff and professional roles
Experience recruiting across professional levels and disciplines
Ability to engage passive candidates proactively
Strong corporate in-house recruitment experience
Experience with SuccessFactors or similar applicant tracking systems
Bring construction recruitment, sourcing, and business partnership expertise to Jardeg’s national talent acquisition work in Calgary.
