The role requires pipeline development, passive outreach, referrals, relocation strategies, and community partnerships. You will source and pre-screen candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other typical tools while managing an independent portfolio across multiple regions.

Experience using an ATS such as SAP SuccessFactors
Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Experience as the sole recruiter supporting multiple regions
