Help produce concrete at Bedford Ready Mix’s Dartmouth plant by operating a loader, blending aggregates, and maintaining safe material flow. Full-time employment is available.
This Loader Operator position supports the Ready-Mix Concrete team within OSCO Concrete & Aggregates. Responsibilities include moving materials, maintaining stockpiles, completing inspections, and assisting plant operations. Candidates should bring heavy equipment experience, reliable attendance, physical capability, and familiarity with protected operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Move aggregates to and from stockpiles, bins, and hoppers
Maintain material blends supporting consistent concrete production
Follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations




Communicate effectively with drivers and plant personnel
Perform assigned duties supporting overall plant operations
Requirements: Front-end loader experience preferred among heavy equipment operators
Ready-Mix Concrete or aggregate experience is an asset
Familiarity with service requirements and operator limitations
Ability to follow safe operating procedures
Reliable, punctual, and mechanically capable work approach
Apply loader operation, material handling, and safety knowledge while supporting high-quality concrete production in Dartmouth.
