The Associate Lawyer will handle commercial litigation, conduct legal research, and prepare court documents. The practice includes shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, construction disputes, and employment litigation.
Key Responsibilities: Handle wide-ranging commercial litigation matters across key dispute areas
Draft pleadings, motions, factums, and other court documents
Conduct legal research supporting litigation strategy and proceedings
Participate in discoveries, hearings,



mediations, and litigation proceedings
Manage files with increasing autonomy and ownership
Requirements: Approximately three to four years of post-call experience
Strong experience in commercial litigation
Excellent drafting, advocacy, and legal research skills
Strong client management and interpersonal skills
Strong academic credentials and long-term litigation interest
