This coordinator works with sales, product management, channel partners, distributors, and external vendors to execute Canadian marketing initiatives. Responsibilities combine partner communications, event coordination, content development, digital updates, lead administration, and marketing operations. The role supports OCNA, VCSA, workshops, webinars, certifications, and industry conferences.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a contact for partner events, training, and initiatives
Coordinate attendee registration, attendance tracking, and follow-up activities
Create flyers, brochures, presentations, social graphics, and signage




Maintain website, CMS, social media, and digital marketing assets
Clean lead files and coordinate accurate routing with sales teams
Requirements: Marketing, Communications, Business, or related diploma or degree asset
One to three years of relevant experience
Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva experience
Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and lead management processes
Professional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Use creative production, event coordination, CRM accuracy, and partner communication to strengthen TP-Link Canada marketing programs.
