This Barista role combines beverage service, food preparation, and customer assistance. You will follow brand and location standards while preparing coffees, teas, specialty beverages, and food items. The position also includes cash handling, stocking, sanitation, and completing required Food Handling Certification.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards
Prepare and serve food according to location standards
Greet customers and anticipate their needs
Operate registers and process cash and card transactions
Clean stations, stock supplies, and maintain sanitary work areas
Requirements: Previous barista experience preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
Basic math and counting skills required
Ability to read, communicate in English, and follow recipes
Complete Food Handling Certification as required
