As a Licensed Practical Nurse – Home Care, you will work under the Home Care Nursing Supervisor within a multidisciplinary team. The position administers assigned activities from the Home Care Case Coordinator while supporting integrated, holistic health services. Key Responsibilities: Administer functions and activities assigned by the Home Care Case Coordinator
Work as a member of the multidisciplinary home care team
Promote integrated, holistic health services for residents and staff
Exercise professional judgment on unusual day-to-day matters




Support Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority mission, vision, and values
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse with applicable additional education or preparation
Current Manitoba registration and good standing with the College
IV Therapy, Basic Life Support, and Wound Care Levels 1 and 2
Minimum one year nursing experience, preferably in Home Care
Valid Manitoba licence, reliable vehicle, and regional travel availability
