The ROSEN Group seeks an HSE Coordinator reporting to the Head of HSE. You will provide practical guidance supporting regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. The work includes inspections, documentation, training, orientations, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain compliance sites including ISNetworld, Avetta, and ComplyWorks
Complete risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis reviews
Assist incident investigations and facility inspections
Prepare health and safety documentation and safety moments
Support orientations, training, toolbox talks, and HSE programs
Requirements: Two to five years of similar experience
Occupational Health and Safety formal education
Valid Class 5 driver's license and Canadian work authorization
Ability to travel throughout Canada up to twenty percent
Occupational Health and Safety regulations knowledge and MS Office proficiency
Bring risk assessment, incident investigation, training, and communication skills to ROSEN Canada's Calgary HSE coordination team.
