Duties include drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, tiling, minor plumbing and electrical repairs. The position also covers guest-room maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, equipment operation, and routine property checks.
Key Responsibilities: Complete daily tasks assigned by maintenance leadership
Perform building repairs, painting, carpentry, tiling, and plumbing
Remove snow and maintain grounds using equipment
Handle deliveries, waste, chemicals, and workshop organization
Record tasks and report property or system issues
Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience with carpentry, drywall repair, and painting
Ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance problems
Commitment to safety standards and learning new skills
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and climb ladders
