SAIT seeks a Hospitality Service Professional with food and beverage expertise for Highwood Kitchen & Bar and School hospitality operations. Hours vary by available shifts.
Reporting to the Restaurant Operations Supervisor, this casual hourly position supports restaurant service, events, and the School of Hospitality and Tourism’s live learning environment. You will deliver guest service, manage reservations, process POS transactions, and support students. Assigned duties include setup, closing, beverage service, cash handling, and venue operations.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional food and beverage service
Support opening, closing, and operational readiness
Assist reservations, seating, floor plans, and guest communications




Process POS transactions and support cash reconciliation
Maintain clean, organized dining environments
Requirements: One to two years’ hospitality service experience
Current ProServe Certification or equivalent
Hospitality, Culinary, Tourism, or related diploma preferred
Exceptional guest service and communication skills
Microsoft Office and hospitality technology proficiency
Bring qualified service, POS knowledge, and guest-support skills to Highwood Kitchen & Bar and SAIT hospitality operations.
