Reporting to the Manager of Verifications, this position conducts comprehensive checks while respecting client mandates and established procedures. Duties include references, employment, academic diplomas, professional accreditations, monitoring, and timely responses. Experience in customer service is required, while human resources or recruitment experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Understand each client mandate and its limits
Monitor requests according to customer needs
Respond to customer questions in a timely manner




Suggest additional research avenues when necessary
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service
Requirements: At least one year of customer service experience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within teams
Ability to adapt within changing environments
