The full time, on-site SMT Machine Operator sets up, operates, and maintains equipment for electronic assemblies. You will work with pick-and-place machines, solder paste printers, and reflow ovens. Attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and quality commitment support reliable production.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate SMT machines according to specifications
Place electronic components accurately on printed circuit boards
Maintain and clean SMT equipment routinely
Monitor production runs and minimize placement defects
Inspect boards and complete corrective actions when necessary
Requirements:



Minimum two years operating SMT machines in electronic manufacturing
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
Understanding of electronic components, assembly processes, and SMT technology
Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions
Availability for on-site overnight hours, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
