Provide personal care in person with Winnipeg Regional Health Authority as a Health Care Aide supporting clients across community services in Winnipeg.
This clinical position serves WRHA Community Health Services at Access Winnipeg West. You will provide secure personal care, communicate with clients and families, and organize assigned workloads. The role requires a recognized Health Care Aide course, with community travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide safe personal care respecting comfort, privacy, and dignity
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and coworkers
Apply critical thinking during care and service delivery
Organize and prioritize assigned workload
Travel between clients’ homes when required
Requirements: Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license for community settings
Reliable vehicle or willingness to travel year-round
Basic computer skills using Microsoft Word and Outlook
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and physically demanding duties
