Customer Service Agents work with the Owner/Operator, Shift Lead, Manager, and Supervisors to follow company policies. The position combines passenger service with cabin cleaning, catering support, coffee loading, announcements, and reporting. Agents also support changing aviation requirements and outdoor operations.
Key Responsibilities: Greet flights and announce boarding calls or passenger pages
Provide cabin cleaning according to carrier specifications
Load catering, commissary items, ice, and coffee
Support onboarding catering requirements and baggage deliveries




Submit daily or shift reports to supervisors or managers
Requirements: Apply for and secure RAIC authorization
Understand, speak, and write the English language
Demonstrate robust team player competencies
Work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
Contribute to Flightcraft’s airport operations through passenger service, flight preparation, reporting, and reliable teamwork across changing conditions.
