Key Responsibilities: Organize and prioritize workload across simultaneous demands
Use a Windows operating workplace
Communicate clearly with patients, colleagues, and others
Work independently with minimal supervision
Seek assistance when necessary as a team member
Requirements: Recognized Unit Clerk certificate program completion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Respectful and courteous telephone manner
