Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Auto Mobile Associate develops client, colleague, and dealership relationships. You will offer ICBC and private insurance products while pursuing performance targets. The work includes processing auto transactions and generating referrals to Personal and Commercial Lines.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with clients and dealership representatives
Offer ICBC and private insurance coverage solutions
Process renewals, plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments
Cross sell and refer business to other lines
Grow your professional network throughout the community
Requirements: Level 2 General Insurance License required
Exceptional customer service skills
Demonstrated sales experience and drive
Excellent written and verbal communication
Evening, weekend, and dealership travel availability
Use insurance knowledge, sales drive, and customer service skills to support HUB clients and dealerships throughout Cranbrook.
