This HR Administrator opportunity is designed for a recent post-secondary graduate beginning a career in Recruitment and Human Resources. You will work closely with managers to clarify staffing demands, support screening, and coordinate interviews. The position also provides exposure to perks administration, employee documentation, engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and HR projects. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Information Systems supports this work. Microsoft Office Suite experience is required, while bilingual English and French capability is a strong asset. Occasional travel and rare non-traditional hours may be required.

Conduct criminal record checks and maintain recruitment reports
Assign employee numbers for new team members
Prepare correspondence, forms, files, and employee documentation

Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management abilities
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to teams
Experience with full-cycle recruitment preferred in relevant industries
Occasional travel and rare non-traditional hours may be required
