Key Responsibilities: Support residents and patients with activities of daily living
Follow assistance needs identified in established care plans
Provide person-centered care according to practice standards




Work under Registered Nurse direction as a team leader
Maintain competency through education and certifications
Requirements: Certified Health Care Aide designation
Ability to work within full scope of practice
Ability to determine work priorities and methods
Independent judgment regarding unusual matters
Availability for days, nights, and weekends
