This full time assistant supports DeVry Greenhouses’ Logistics team and reports to the Logistics Manager. The work combines logistics administration, transportation coordination, Microsoft Office, and clear communication. You will work with Dispatch, drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and carriers to keep transportation activities organized. Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and Saturdays during peak seasons.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate cart returns, pickup requests, driver tours, and seasonal cleanup
Support dispatch scheduling, paperwork preparation, calls, and operational follow-up
Schedule warehouse and customer delivery appointments




Process driver paperwork, proof of delivery documents, and log sheets
Maintain carrier records, permits, customs documents, and truck binders
Requirements: Logistics, transportation, or office administration experience is an asset
Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Strong organization, time management, communication, and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities during peak periods
Flexibility for occasional evening and Saturday work
