This full-time leadership role supports a café’s daily operations and guest experience. You will work with the Café Leader, Director, Café Operations team, Phil, and Sebastian. The position emphasizes coffee preparation, service, team coaching, quality control, inventory, ordering, maintenance, cash, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities: Support inventory, ordering, maintenance, cash, and cleanliness management
Manage daily operational quality control
Maintain coffee quality standards
Inspire and coach café team members
Create memorable guest experiences through exceptional hospitality




Requirements: Solid understanding of specialty coffee quality, preparation, and service
Hands-on specialty coffee experience and ongoing learning interest
At least one year of coffee or restaurant supervision experience
Availability full-time, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings
Reliable commuting ability to Calgary café locations
Bring specialty coffee knowledge, operational ownership, and coaching skills to represent Phil & Sebastian across Calgary cafés.
