Support Aon’s global Professional Services clients as an Associate focused on policy documentation, claims analysis, and client-ready insurance solutions.
Located in Montreal with hybrid flexibility, this early-career position serves large accounting and consulting firms. You will help coordinate insurance programs, prepare documentation, analyze historical claims experience, and respond to clients and commercial insurers. The structured Launch program develops knowledge across Commercial Risk, Reinsurance, client service, communication, collaboration, problem solving, and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities: Draft policies, endorsements, and wording comparisons
Organize claims data and extract information for reporting
Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, and meeting materials




Coordinate insurance programs with international Aon offices
Maintain accurate files, tasks, activities, and communications
Requirements: Zero to three years of relevant qualified experience
Preferred knowledge of specialty insurance lines
Professional liability, cyber, or management liability knowledge preferred
Ability to prioritize and monitor workflows
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
