You will help address financial queries, current accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions while guiding customers to suitable contacts. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day advice, transactions, and customer problem resolution
Educate customers on emerging digital banking trends
Resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters
Maintain accurate documentation aligned with regulations and conduct




Participate in performance development and knowledge sharing
Requirements: High School diploma and relevant experience preferred
Related post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
