EIC Shared Services supports finance and accounting for EIC Aviation subsidiaries, including Calm Air International, Perimeter Aviation, Keewatin Air, and Custom Helicopters. In this Accounts Payable Clerk position, you will process invoices, code accounts, manage payments, and develop vendor relationships. The work supports timely, accurate financial administration across the group.
Key Responsibilities: Verify and send invoices through Metaviewer for approval
Code accounts and attach appropriate invoice backup
Process cheque, EFT, ACH, and wire vendor payments




Respond professionally to vendor and customer inquiries
Reconcile vendor statements and complete assigned duties
Requirements: Availability for full time, Monday to Friday office work
Ability to process invoices and payments timely
Ability to reconcile vendor accounts and statements
