Yee Hong seeks a Personal Support Worker to assist residents with daily activities and hygiene while supporting physical, social, and emotional needs. The successful candidate works within a resident-centred model and follows relevant standards, residents’ rights, and organizational philosophy. Experience with PointClickCare, Microsoft Office, or behavioural management training is valuable.
Key Responsibilities: Provide safe assistance with residents’ daily activities
Deliver personal hygiene care respectfully and consistently
Support residents’ physical, social, and emotional needs




Maintain resident-centred care during regular contact
Work days, evenings, nights, weekends, or short shifts
Requirements: Graduate of an approved Ontario Personal Support Worker program
Current CPR Certificate required
Resident-centred focus with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative and manage time
Registration with HSCPOA preferred
