The Counter Sales Representative supports customer buying experiences for commercial, industrial, and contractor applications. You will answer product, pricing, and delivery inquiries while preparing quotations and RMAs. Knowledge of electrical, automation, and instrumentation products supports effective sales service and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to product, pricing, and delivery inquiries
Prepare sales quotations and RMAs for customers
Resolve customer service inquiries promptly
Follow up on opportunities, quotes, and proposals
Promote positive customer and vendor relations
Requirements: High School Diploma required
Previous electrical industry sales experience
Knowledge of electrical, automation, and instrumentation products
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or move six-plus hours
Bring electrical product knowledge, quotation expertise, and customer service skills to Electrozad’s Ontario counter sales team.
