itec group in Cambridge is seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to lead a skilled team of machinists and tradespeople in a busy, air‑conditioned shop. This hands‑on leadership role offers a steady day shift with overtime and the chance to drive efficiency, quality, and safety across daily operations.
You will supervise approximately 10+ employees, coordinate workloads, mentor staff, and provide technical support for machining, repair, and equipment rebuilding.
