Human Resources Generalists in manufacturing need policy expertise, labour relations knowledge, and solid communication skills while working onsite at the physical location.
This position requires three to less than five years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. You will support human resources programs, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and workplace safety. The work includes advising managers, employees, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate human resources policies and programs
Advise employees and managers on policies and agreements
Implement recruitment strategies and staffing procedures
Oversee payroll, training, and performance programs
Evaluate workplaces to prevent disease or injury
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Three to less than five years of experience
English language proficiency
Human resources software and Microsoft Office knowledge
Criminal record check and own transportation
