Manage shipping data and inventory accuracy as a Shipping Clerk in Prince George, British Columbia, working full time on-site at Doman’s plant.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, Western Canada, you will support production and shipping operations through work orders, inventory systems, and shipment tallies. The position includes creating labels and barcodes, reviewing inventory reports, and updating management on production status. You will also support daily production scheduling and freight planning.
Key Responsibilities: Provide manufacturing work orders and consumable inventory supplies
Enter production and shipping tallies into inventory systems
Create work orders, labels, and barcodes
Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately
Prepare truck and rail load diagrams
Requirements: High school graduation
Minimum two years’ related experience considered an asset
Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency
Inventory management system experience
Robust organization, mathematics, and communication skills
Bring detailed inventory control, shipment processing, and production support skills to Doman’s full-time Prince George plant operation.
