Lead full-cycle recruitment and daily HR operations as a Senior Human Resources Generalist based in Dettah, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this senior position supports employees and supervisors across YKDFN. You will manage onboarding, documentation, employee relations, leave administration, and consistent HR service delivery. The work includes coaching developing HR Generalists and supporting culturally respectful processes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead posting, screening, interviews, references, and offer preparation
Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and supervisors
Draft offers, memos, letters, and accurate file notes
Support onboarding experiences across YKDFN
Maintain recruitment metrics in Sage HR and tracking tools
Requirements: Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
Four to six years of progressive HR generalist experience
Senior, lead, or coaching-type HR experience strongly preferred
Experience coaching supervisors and junior HR professionals
CPHR designation or active candidacy considered an asset
Bring recruitment leadership, onboarding expertise, and sound HR documentation to YKDFN’s Dettah-based human resources team.
