As a Patient Support Associate, you will provide accurate, personalized assistance across Canada. You will work with Support and Operations in a telehealth workplace, using customer service platforms, learning Hims & Hers offerings, and contributing to patient-focused service. Your communication will help build trust during every interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to patient requests through email and chat
Understand patient needs and provide thoughtful communication
Navigate customer service platforms and support tools
Become knowledgeable about Hims & Hers products
Contribute to patient experience goals and KPIs
Requirements: Minimum one year in a customer-facing role
Native English fluency with strong written communication
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Accuracy and attention to communication and documentation
Professional French proficiency preferred, not required
