Use fluent English and French to support Uline customers in office in Milton through orders, recommendations, and account assistance.

Uline seeks a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative for full-time, Monday-to-Friday hours. You will process orders, answer product, pricing, and shipping questions, and build customer relationships. The role uses phone, email, chat, and Uline’s website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders using world-class technology
  • Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs
  • Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions
  • Build relationships through phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate Uline’s online ordering

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and verbal English and French
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
