Support residents physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and emotional well-being as a Health Care Aide with Bethany Care Society.

Located at Bethany Riverview in Calgary, this permanent part-time position focuses on responsive, resident-centred care. The Health Care Aide assists with daily living, promotes independence, and communicates observations to Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses. Cooperative teamwork and accurate health-care records are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to resident needs according to care plans
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity during care
• Monitor, observe, document, and report holistic needs

Requirements:

• Government of Alberta approved Health Care Aide certificate
• Grade 10 education and CLHA registration
• Previous Health Care Aide experience preferred, not required
• Solid observation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective English understanding, speaking, reading, and writing
