This role is ideal for an experienced leader in the roofing industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The Roofing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple projects and coordinating site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.What You’ll DoMonitor project progress in collaboration with Site Supervisors and field staff; identify and address inefficienciesEnsure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsReview project drawings, specifications, and scope with site teamsCoordinate effectively with clients and General ContractorsOversee material ordering, delivery,
