Yee Hong seeks a temporary part time Personal Support Worker for two months, with possible extension. The PSW supports older adults in long-term care while following residents’ rights, government standards, and Yee Hong’s mission. Work includes mixed shifts, weekends, and short shifts as scheduled.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care supporting residents’ daily activities
Assist residents with personal hygiene safely
Support physical, social, and emotional needs
Follow resident-centred care practices and relevant standards
Work alternate shifts when operationally required
Requirements: Graduate of an approved Ontario Personal Support Worker course
Experience in long-term care is an asset
Current CPR Certificate
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend
