Paladin Security seeks a Security Guard for an active site in Squamish. The position protects client property, manages authorized access, and supports safety. Duties include monitoring CCTV, responding to incidents, writing reports, and communicating with contacts and emergency services.
Key Responsibilities: Manage access for personnel, visitors, and vehicles
Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security equipment
Respond to emergencies and complete initial investigations
Draft occurrence reports and daily activity logs
Requirements: Valid British Columbia Security Worker Licence
Stand and walk through eight to twelve-hour shifts
Work indoors and outdoors in diverse weather
Navigate stairs, uneven terrain, and large properties
Use computers, smartphone apps, and two-way radios
Bring communication, conflict resolution, and calm decision-making skills to Paladin Security’s local Squamish security assignment.
