EFS-plastics is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Millwright for its growing recycling operation. This position maintains machinery supporting a fully automated process that diverts plastics from landfills. Success requires hands-on manufacturing maintenance, blueprint reading, protected equipment operation, and collaboration with maintenance personnel.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct preventative maintenance on plant machinery
Install and repair automated processing equipment
Communicate with other maintenance personnel
Adhere to health and safety policies
Coach or mentor apprentices when required
Requirements: Manufacturing maintenance experience required
Experience interpreting blueprints and schematics
Initiative and independence with minimal supervision
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Forklift or aerial lift certification considered an asset
