The Flight Reservations Ticketing Specialist handles searches, reservations, ticket changes, and airline booking follow-up. The position sits within the Travel & Tourism department and reports to the relevant department manager. Airline reservations or GDS experience is preferred for this work.
Key Responsibilities: Handle flight searches for customer travel requirements
Complete flight reservations using airline booking processes
Process ticket changes accurately and efficiently
Apply fare rules during reservation and ticketing activities
Follow up with airlines about bookings
Requirements: Airline reservations experience is preferred
GDS experience is preferred
Strong accuracy in reservation and ticketing work
Solid customer service skills
Eligibility and work authorization meeting position requirements
Apply flight search, fare rules, ticket changes, and customer service skills within Toronto’s Travel & Tourism department.
