As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs while discussing progress with parents and staff. You will help maintain children’s well-being and build collaborative relationships with coworkers, management, and families. The role includes staff meetings, career development, and classroom organization.
Key Responsibilities: Develop programs aligned with BrightPath Kids curriculum
Support children’s development through planned programming
Assess abilities, interests, and individual needs




Discuss children’s progress with parents and staff
Maintain safe, clean, organized classroom environments
Requirements: Registered member in good standing with Ontario College of ECE
Meet provincial requirements for childcare employment
Hold current Standard First Aid certification
Hold current infant child CPR certification
Maintain required immunization and health assessment
Bring early childhood education expertise, curriculum planning, and child assessment skills to BrightPath Kids in Eglinton.
