Key Responsibilities: Analyze district shrink performance and identify loss trends
Monitor CCTV and exception reports for operational issues
Conduct quarterly store walks and execute AP rollouts




Support internal and organized retail crime investigations
Manage specialist performance and provide timely feedback
Requirements: High school diploma or GED
Minimum one year of loss or asset prevention experience
Robust analytical, financial analysis, and interpersonal skills
Security guard or private investigator license where applicable
Ability to travel ten to twenty percent, including overnights
