Deliver compassionate complex care at Bradley Complex Care in Grimsby, supporting recovery through behavioural observation, accurate records, and personal care. Rotating shifts include days, nights, and weekends.
Elysium Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants for a specialist service supporting men and women with complex needs. The service includes people with Mental Health conditions, Learning Disabilities, Personality Disorder, and severe challenging behaviour. As part of the multidisciplinary team, you will use your knowledge and skills to provide care and adapt support to individual behaviours.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day care and support
Support people along their recovery pathway
Observe and analyse behaviours




Adapt care with multidisciplinary colleagues
Maintain updated patient records
Requirements: At least six months’ UK experience required
Background in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
Positive attitude when care becomes challenging
Compassion, resilience, and vigilance
Availability for 11.42-hour shifts, three to four days weekly
Use complex care experience, teamwork, and resilient support skills to help people with challenging needs progress at Bradley Complex Care.
