Lead guest service excellence at Gateway Casinos by guiding representatives and handling guest concerns. This full time permanent position pays $26.58 per hour.
As Guest Services Supervisor, you will oversee the team serving as guests’ main point of contact throughout their stay. You will support hospitality standards through coaching, performance management, communication, and collaboration. The position requires detail orientation, multitasking, and confident issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Mentor and guide guest services representatives
Train, coach, evaluate, and mentor employee performance
Maintain safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
Handle complaints, room issues, and conflicts graciously
Ensure daily quality and service standards meet expectations
Requirements: Two years of guest services or hospitality experience preferred
Experience directing and supervising staff
Ability to encourage communication and collaboration
Availability for flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
Ability to obtain Category 1 Gaming Assistant registration
