You will manage an assigned caseload while generating referrals and supporting clients through employment transitions. The position combines employer engagement, client coaching, workplace problem-solving, and accommodations. Your efforts will support successful outcomes, contract deliverables, job retention, and greater client independence.
Key Responsibilities: Develop relationships with community stakeholders and manage referrals
Conduct initial employer on-site visits
Support clients and employers in resolving workplace issues




Arrange accommodations supporting continued employment
Contribute to individual and team performance indicators
Requirements: Experience connecting clients and employers around mutual needs
Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds
Knowledge of job search techniques and community supports
Qualified resume writing and interview experience
Criminal record check required for employment
Use employer relations, client coaching, and workplace support skills to help WCG clients maintain employment in Brampton.
