Prepare Quick Service menu items as a Concession Cook with MLSE, using kitchen equipment, food handling, and safe sanitation practices.
As part of MLSE’s Food & Beverage team, you will prepare ingredients, recipes, and condiments for concession service. The work includes maintaining quality, consistency, organization, and personal hygiene while following Toronto Public Health Board guidelines. You will also support coworkers through training and task delegation.
Key Responsibilities: Gather, wash, cut, season, cook, and store ingredients
Prepare Quick Service menu items and condiments
Maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen areas
Rotate food ingredients in designated storage areas
Report equipment problems and product discrepancies
Requirements: Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to learn Quick Service recipe specifications
Knowledge of wide-ranging kitchen locations and operations
Food Handler Certification recommended
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
Bring food preparation, sanitation, and teamwork skills to Quick Service concession operations across MLSE venues.
