Operate warehouse systems and forklifts as a Warehouse Technician with Sandvik Mining in BC. Work a two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off mine-site rotation.
This Warehouse Technician role supports mine-site operations through accurate material handling and inventory control. You will receive, inspect, store, track, and ship materials while maintaining computerized inventory systems. The position also includes schedules, invoices, safety procedures, and customer on-call support.
Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and audit incoming materials
Store and ship materials safely and promptly
Prepare shipping and receiving schedules
Process sales orders and invoices accurately
Maintain computerized inventory and warehouse location systems
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of warehouse or inventory experience
Required forklift operating experience
Computerized inventory and Microsoft Office experience
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors
