Support medication safety at William Osler Health System as a Pharmacy Technician, using dispensing, distribution, and compounding skills across multiple sites.
This temporary Pharmacy Technician contract lasts approximately nine months or until the previous incumbent returns. You will dispense individual patient prescriptions, ward stock, and narcotics while supporting sterile and non-sterile compounding. The work includes TPN, CIVA, chemotherapy preparation, and inventory control within Osler’s hospital network.
Key Responsibilities: Dispense and distribute individual patient medications
Manage ward stock and narcotics distribution
Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds
Support TPN, CIVA, and chemotherapy preparation




Maintain pharmacy inventory control
Requirements: Current Ontario College of Pharmacists Pharmacy Technician license
Hospital experience preferred
Experience manufacturing sterile and non-sterile products preferred
Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and travel between Osler sites
Bring licensed pharmacy expertise, compounding experience, and medication distribution skills to William Osler Health System’s hospital teams.
