This Control and Compliance Intern role offers a Winter 2027 work term within Finance - Accounting and Controllership. You will help maintain control documentation, coordinate quarterly disclosure evidence, identify deficiencies, and support internal and external audit requests. The internship runs from January 5 through April 23, 2027.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with financial reporting process and control documentation
Identify control deficiencies and remediation action items
Coordinate evidence for quarterly disclosure controls
Gather and organize materials for internal and external audits




Maintain control documentation and version records
Requirements: Undergraduate student returning to school after the term
Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, or related degree program
Strong interest in internal controls and compliance processes
Coursework or experience involving audit support concepts
Attention to detail, initiative, and explicit verbal communication
Use your financial reporting, audit support, and documentation abilities to contribute to DECIEM’s control activities in Toronto.
